This area, bounded roughly by Broadway, Bouchelle Avenue, College Avenue and Ann and High Streets, was named to the Columbia Historic Preservation Commission’s Notable Properties List in 1998.

The roughly 60-acre area includes homes, apartments and one place of business on the following streets, drives and avenues: Willis Avenue, Bass, Ingelside Drive, South William Street, Rosemary Lane, Ross Street, Wilson Avenue, Antony, Dorsey Streets, Blair Court, High Street, Lee Street and University Avenue.
